Introduction to Beekeeping

Training covers pest and disease management, along practical apiary skills and hands on experience.

Designed for new beekeepers who are just starting out with their first hive or thinking of becoming and apiarist.

Participants need to bring along their own beekeeping suit - Washed and clean

(please contact your host directly if you do not have access to your own suit, we have a very limit supply of spare suits and may be able to assist, however this needs to be arranged prior).

Closed in shoes for ALL guests is essential. 

Morning tea and lunch will be provided - Please advise your host of any specific dietary requirements - we cannot guarantee that we can accommodate but will make every effort.
